Professionally, I seek out challenges that require solving real problems, helping people, learning, and working in teams. Industrial Design has allowed me to do that while working with extremely talented individuals and teams for some of the largest corporations in the world, some of the most innovative startups and entrepreneurs, and on my own creative endeavors. These experiences have helped shape my understanding of design and it's opportunistic and impactful role in business, society, and people's everyday lives.
Personally, my family keeps me busy, laughing, and constantly on my toes. When not enjoying them, you’ll find me taking things apart, cooking extravegant breakfasts, and dreaming up new product ideas. I enjoy stringed instruments of all kinds, antique automobiles, volunteering, and being outside connecting with and enjoying the things that make us human.
I believe that good ideas can change the world, and that the best ideas come from empathy, curiosity, conversation among a diverse crowd, information, occassionaly ignorance, and ultimately from a passion to solve a problem. I strive to never stop learning my craft, but also to challenge myself with unique projects and new experiences that can help make a positive impact in our world.
